DEPARTURE
We ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. We will be happy to leave your luggage in our luggage room for you free of charge. If you would like to check out after 10:30 a.m. (at an additional cost), please contact reception.

BEDS
Our hotel beds consist of a contemporary, well-maintained mattress with a total height of at least 18 cm. Single beds with a minimum width of 0.90 m and double beds with a minimum width of 1.80 m. The bed length is at least 2.00 m.

PAY
Please pay your hotel bill at reception. In order to avoid long waiting times at reception, we ask that you pay your bill one day before departure.
We accept cash payments, but also EC cards, MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa Card and Union Pay.
The spa tax of currently. Please pay €1.80 per person/night in cash.

DO NOT DISTURB
Please hang the sign provided on the outside door if you do not want the room cleaned or you do not want to be disturbed.
Please note that room cleaning is only possible until 2 p.m.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Located on every floor in the hallways and stairwells.
If the fire extinguisher is used culpably, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

PHOTOCOPIES
You are welcome to receive these at our reception for a fee of €0.20 per black/white page and €0.30 per colored page.

BARBER
The reception will be happy to help you reserve an appointment.
We would be happy to recommend a hairdresser nearby.

BREAKFAST
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
We serve you daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

LOST PROPERTY
If you find any items, please hand them in at our reception. If you are looking for lost items, please also contact reception.

SMOKING / CIGARETTES
Our Hotel Engel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. If we still notice the smell of smoke in the room, cleaning and compensation fees of €100.00 will apply. Ashtrays are available outside, for example in the garden. If the fire alarm is triggered illegally or culpably by smoking in the room, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

TICKETS
Our reception team will be happy to advise you and help you order and reserve various tickets for, for example, cinema, concerts, etc.

LAUNDRY / CLEANING
Laundry that you hand in at reception before 9 a.m. will be returned to you by 5 p.m. at the latest. A laundry bag is in your closet. You can get a price list from reception.
CHANGE OF LINEN
We change your bed linen every 3 days and daily if requested. The towels are changed daily. Please also note our environmental information in your bathroom.

WAKE UP SERVICE
All of our rooms have an alarm clock. It's on the bedside table. (see also the operating instructions on the alarm clock)

NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES
Current daily newspapers and magazines are available to you free of charge in our restaurant.

ROOM KEY
We ask you to always take your room key with you during your stay.
The key opens both front doors and your room door.
You are welcome to get a second key at reception if required.
